If the study was conducted in person, your incentive will typically be distributed post-completion of the study at the facility. The incentive will typically take the form of cash or a check. Online projects will typically be paid by check that can either be mailed to you or picked up from our office.

Incentives are distributed after the completion of the project, which may not end on the date that you participate. We will contact you when your incentive is ready for pick-up if you have opted to do so.
*This may not apply to in-person studies. Incentives for in-person studies are typically distributed at the facility after each session.

Unfortunately, we do not control that part of the process. The day that your check is written, we deliver your incentive to the United States Postal Service (USPS) as first-class mail. Please allow two weeks after we send out your check for it to arrive.

We understand the frustration of not receiving your incentive when you should have. If it has been two weeks since we mailed your incentive, please call our office at +1 (312) 654-9910 so we can get you paid!

Sometimes our mail gets routed to spam, make sure you check there as well! Our confirmation emails typically come from confirmation@market-ease.com, but can also come from our project managers directly.
