Market~Ease On-Site is our suite of technical services offered for in-person research projects! Leveraging our years of experience with Market~Ease Online, we are able to provide a hybrid research experience for you and your team! We are currently rolling out Market~Ease On-Site in select markets including - but not limited to - the Chicagoland area. Below are the services that are offered under the Market~Ease On-Site umbrella!
Livestreaming
Utilizing our Market~Ease Online platform, we are able to live-stream in-person sessions for remote viewing! The user interface is just as friendly and familiar as our online qualitative research platform. Instead of the participants being in different spaces all at once, we are able to have them brought to you in one large view! We utilize a 360° camera system that intelligently focuses on the active speakers while keeping a view of the entire room. The advanced microphone array ensures that only the audio that you want to hear is heard, filtering out unwanted background noise and any unexpected loud sounds. We are also able to deploy simultaneous interpretation services for live-streamed sessions for all those who need it - whether they are at the facility or are viewing remotely. All sessions are recorded and will be provided within 24 hours of the end of the final session for the day. Our technology department staff are responsible for installation and remote support during the sessions. Staff are available by request for on-site support for the entirety of the project rather than remote support.
Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment
Simultaneous language interpretation plays a crucial role in conducting market research on a global scale. Seamlessly translating languages on the spot enables researchers to gather insights from diverse participants without any language barriers. This dynamic approach ensures that all stakeholders, regardless of their native language, actively engage in the research process and contribute to accurate data collection. We are able to offer the equipment to allow interpreters to listen to a session in the native language and simultaneously translate that audio to the desired language at the facility. This service will provide you with the audio recording of the interpreter only, intended for on-site deployment and usage. If there is a need for the interpreter’s audio to be live-streamed, please look at our live-streaming service above. Our platform provides our clients access to multiple markets nationwide, all without the expenses of travel, facilities, etc. Our platform combines the best parts of Zoom (ease of access, familiarity, simple controls, etc.) with the research tools you need (live polling, content sharing, interactive tools, etc.). All sessions on our platform have live support, and hosting staff are connected for the entire session to ensure your session goes as smoothly as possible.
