Our Respondents

Our respondents are at the core of Market~Ease. We measure our success on the quality of the respondents we provide to our clients for their research. We are constantly expanding our respondent database every day to provide you with fresh faces every time you work with us. Our respondents are assigned to a recruiter whom they can specifically contact, which also helps in building a rapport with the respondent. Providing a familiar face, or voice, helps our respondents feel comfortable participating in research - especially when it comes to projects that may pertain to more sensitive topics.


The Process

Once we have been given specifications for a project, we begin recruiting with our in-house recruitment team. Our team consists of in-language, experienced, and passionate professionals who strive to collate the finest group of respondents for your research. Recruiters ask each question presented on the screener over the phone with each respondent, which also allows them to judge the articulate abilities of the respondent at the same time. Once the screener has been completed and the respondent qualifies, the recruiter will get them scheduled for the interview. Project managers will then review the completed screener and verify that they are a good fit for your needs. After this verification, the project manager will input the respondent’s data into the profile and provide you with an update!


Verification and Confirmation

As the date of the research approaches, we will re-call each respondent and re-screen them to ensure their answers have not changed since the original screening date and ensure they are still available to participate. If any of their answers change between the original screening and the re-screening, we will cancel that respondent and find a replacement for them. This ensures that who we have in the profile will match who arrives for the interview. Just as the original screening does, these re-confirmations and verifications take place over the phone.
